ELMAGD GROUP has established itself as a leader in the contract security industry.  Managed by a team of professionals with an emphasis on personalized service, we have dedicated ourselves to servicing our clients.

We understand that our sole purpose is to provide for and anticipate the expressed and unexpressed needs of our clients.  To accomplish this, we have created this Security Control System.It all starts with a professional management team dedicated to never ending improvement.  All members of our management team receive over 100 hours per year of continuing education and on the job training.

With our clients' input, we design a customized Post Procedures Manual to meet their needs.  Your client services representative is always available to assure your complete satisfaction.

Utilizing our comprehensive selection and screening process, we carefully match our security officers with our clients.  Our background checking and screening processes exceeds all state- mandated requirements.  

Our pre-employment training, coupled with 25 hours per year of additional on-going training (in addition to any state requirements) and periodic evaluations of our security officers, has provided a clear path for advancement for many of our security officers.  It has also resulted in a turnover rate far below industry standards.

Frequent communication and feedback with our clients allows us meet the challenge of the changing security environment and needs of our clients.
